German wine

Germans are meticulous about wine and they chemically test all their wines, just in case there is ever an issue. The cold climate is wonderful for the famous acidic Riesling grapes, but do forget the other regions as well! Pfalz. Rheinhessen. Elsas. German wine is lesser known but certain not worse than French wines.
